In this economic phase, which is characterized by global increases in the procurement costs of raw materials and production and trade services, we reserve the right to modify the Special Prime Rate if there are significant increases.

A1: Porcelain is fired hotter (≥ 1,200 °C) and absorbs ≤ 0.5 % water – suitable for outdoor and high-traffic areas.
Q2: Are Italian tiles better?
A2: Italy’s Sassuolo district enforces ISO 13006 – lower breakage, tighter calibre, higher glaze density.
Q3: How much do Italian tiles cost?
A3: From €4.20/m² FOB Italy – CIF adds €1.2–2.1/m² depending on port.

A4: < 2 % breakage in transit – free replacement on next load if higher.
